Las Brisas Concierge Services was founded by partners Jenny Robin and Erin Armstrong, who bring a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to personal concierge services. Rooted in problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail, they bring both structure and heart to every project they take on.

With decades of hands-on experience managing busy households, complex schedules, and refined environments, Jenny and Erin understand that true luxury lies in trust, anticipation, and seamless execution. Whether supporting families, enhancing homes, or elevating everyday moments, their shared passion is simple: to step in, handle the details beautifully, and make life feel easier.

Jenny Robin

Cofounder & Concierge Specialist

Jenny Robin is one of the founding partners behind Las Brisas Concierge Services. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in education, Jenny has always been grounded in service, problem-solving, and caring for others. She met her husband, Brett, in middle school, and they married just before their final year at UT—beginning a journey that would require resilience, creativity, and an unwavering “figure-it-out” spirit.


While Brett pursued medical school and residency, Jenny taught elementary school and raised their three sons—welcoming their first and second during medical school, and their third during residency. During those lean, demanding years, Jenny learned to do what needed to be done—often on her own. From woodworking and building furniture to sewing, home repairs, and tackling everyday challenges head-on, she developed a hands-on skill set rooted in practicality, confidence, and determination.


That resourceful “I can do that myself” mindset was instilled early by her dad, who had her working alongside him with tools and wood working projects in the garage from a young age. Over time, those skills evolved into something more meaningful: a genuine love for stepping in, solving problems, and helping others with care and competence.


Today, Jenny brings decades of lived experience, attention to detail, and confidence to every client she serves. She finds deep gratification in supporting others—anticipating needs, handling tasks seamlessly, and making life feel lighter, more organized, and beautifully managed.

Erin Armstrong

Cofounder & Concierge Specialist

Erin Armstrong is a founding partner of Las Brisas Concierge Services and brings a rare blend of financial acumen, creative vision, and refined execution to the business. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Finance before following her passion to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where she specialized in Baking and Pastry. It was there that she met her husband, Zach, who works in commercial real estate.


Erin’s unique background allows her to approach projects with both structure and creativity—balancing budgets, logistics, and timelines while delivering elevated, visually thoughtful results. Her love for décor, floral arranging, tablescaping, and charcuterie design is rooted in professional training and an intuitive sense of presentation, making every detail feel intentional and effortless.


As a mother of two teenagers, Erin understands the pace and complexity of busy family life and values systems that make everyday living more streamlined and enjoyable. She is known for her calm presence, impeccable taste, and ability to bring polish to any space or gathering.


Through Las Brisas Concierge Services, Erin is passionate about helping clients create beautiful, functional environments and memorable moments—handling the details with care so others can simply enjoy the result.
